These Terms govern your use of the Cruisely.ai website and private beta waitlist (the “Site”), operated by Cruisely AI, LLC (“Cruisely,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Private beta and invitations
Joining the waitlist or submitting an invite code does not guarantee access to the beta. We decide who to invite, and when, at our discretion.
Invite codes are personal and may not be sold or transferred. We may limit, expire, or revoke codes at any time, including codes that are shared publicly or misused.
If you are invited, separate beta terms will apply to your use of the product.
2. Previews, not offers
Product images, descriptions and features on the Site are early previews. They may change or never be released. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell travel, a price quote, or a booking. Cruisely is not currently acting as a travel agent or seller of travel through this Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
give false information or sign up on someone else’s behalf without permission
guess, generate or harvest invite codes, or submit automated or bulk signups
interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or try to access systems or data you aren’t authorized to
scrape, copy or reuse the Site’s content or design except as the law allows
5. Our content
The Site, including the Cruisely name, logo, text, designs and product previews, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
6. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
7. Privacy

8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CRUISELY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED US$50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or change, suspend or discontinue the Site or beta at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. We may remove you from the waitlist if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in USA, AZ, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
