Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10/1/2026

Cruisely AI, LLC (“Cruisely,” “we,” “us”) runs the Cruisely.ai website (the “Site”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit the Site or join our private beta waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Information you give us:

  • First name and email address

  • Invite code, if you enter one

  • How you usually cruise (e.g. solo, couple, family, group host, travel advisor), if you choose to tell us

  • Whether you agreed to receive beta emails

  • Anything you include if you email us

Information collected automatically:

Basic technical and usage data, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, referring site, and approximate location derived from IP address. Our website host, Framer, and its built-in analytics collect this. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not collect payment information, booking details, or government ID on this Site.

2. How we use it

  • To review requests and send beta invitations

  • To validate invite codes and understand which partner or creator referred you

  • To send beta updates, if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

  • To understand interest in Cruisely and improve the Site

  • To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse

  • To meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and beta, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

  • Website hosting and forms: Framer

  • Analytics: Framer’s built-in analytics

If you used a creator’s or advisor’s invite code, we may tell that partner, in aggregate, how many people joined with their code. We will not give them your name or email without your permission.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, or sale of the business. If that happens, this policy continues to apply to your information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until the beta ends, or for 12 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Then we delete it or keep it only in de-identified form.

5. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to privacy@cruisely.ai. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states, or the EEA/UK), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we hold, to get a portable copy, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children

The Site is not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International visitors

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the U.S. and other countries.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
